Great pay compared to surrounding companies. Management will work with you, in personal and work related issues, if you can show you are hard working and making a genuine effort.
An 8 hour day is a rare thing at medline. Work continues until goals for the day are reached. There is a cap at 12 hours for 8 hour shift personnel, higher cap I believe for those working 10 or 12 hour shift days. Overtime is pretty much every day. Which is great but also if you're older and not quite in shape it gets difficult at times to work all those hours.
Really fair pto allowances
The people. Good hearted people that are happy to be part of an amazing employee community. We all strive for perfection. It is not a job, but a lifestyle.
The PAY!!! The benefit are amazing, but the pay is horrible.
I work with some awesome employees. The employees' really care and want to best at their positions. They go the EXTRA MILE. The employees pride themselves being safe and productive while providing the best possible service to our clients.

Often use Phantom posting on jobs. They will hire someone weeks before the job is posted on the company website. People already given years to the company are not selected even though their education, experience and knowledge is on par with the person they hired.
I would not know, I seldom get to take any time off.
Can't think of any
They push and push and push you but don't pay you what you are worth. One supervisor is having a relationship with a team lead and he is her immediate boss. Seems like it comes with perks

Travel and putting hundreds of miles on personal car. Lack of support and training from management.
No benefits were provided
Great leadership.
12 hours shift throughout the week.
Bonus on every paycheck.
The people & the job. It was easy work plus that’s the first place I ever worked so I learned a lot there.
