This individual will assist in managing to our overall annual operating budgets including helping to forecast and track vendor spend across several key facilities and construction vendors. Help coordinate repairs or replacements for warranty-related issues after store openings. Assist in vendor and GC bidding processes, identifying potential cost savings and quality partners. Maintain all vendor and GC agreements up to date. Maintain and improve vendor relationships, supporting compliance with applicable policies and procedures, including clear tracking of all vendors' inventory and bulk orders. Assist with invoicing to ensure work is completed as expected and approved for timely payment.
