Responsibilities * Assist in preparation of US, State & Foreign Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740). This includes assisting in the preparation of numerous book vs. tax differences; * Gather supporting documents to prepare the Medpace Federal, State & Local income tax returns; * Assist in gathering supporting documents for Federal, State & International audits by tax authorities; * Assist Tax Manager/Director on various tax planning initiatives; * Research changes in tax legislation and its potential impact to Medpace; * Assist in compliance with SOX controls for the tax department; * May be responsible for other projects and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 0-1 years of experience within tax; * Knowledge of ONESOURCE Income Tax is preferred, but required; * Must be able to collaborate in a team environment; * Demonstrate ability to present relevant information and facilitate a meeting; * Excellent analytical skills with high levels of accuracy; * Excellent theoretical and practical grasp of tax and other regulatory principles and how they apply to the business; * Excellent organization and time management skills.
