POSITION SUMMARY:
A Manufacturing Assembler l is responsible for performing secondary operation or assembly of finished devices as part of a team or as the assembly operator. The Assembler is responsible for producing product that meets customer quality and on time requirements while keeping costs from time and material at or below the standard. The position has responsibility for following and ensuring that direct report knowledge of all tasks performed by Assembly.

* Complete Close-Out Line Clearance form and submit to Supervisor or Lead along with scrap reports and requests to return to stock.
* Must be able to use IQMS, Real Time Inventory.
* Meets regularly with the Shift Supervisor or Lead to ensure communications within the shifts.
* Complies with all company safety and housekeeping policies, rules and regulation.

POSITION SCOPE/SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for cleaning, restocking, performing sanitizing and cleaning activities throughout the facility, organizing all maintenance areas in the facility, including but not limited to the warehouse, employee restrooms, kitchen areas, and offices.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean offices, restrooms, break rooms, locker areas, outdoor break areas, and shop floors.

Initiates appropriate contacts and follows up with appropriate referral sources. Maintains current knowledge of aftercare services available in the Metro West area.
5. Maintains current in field by attending seminars, continuing education courses, workshops, in-service education sources, etc.

Summary of Essential Duties:
Coordinates the daily work schedule and directs staff to ensure section maintains effective and efficient workflow following staffing guidelines.

Qualifications
Education:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Toolmaker is a senior level position and primarily responsible for maintaining and repairing plastic injection molds; must have the ability to fabricate, repair, and maintain high precision prototype and production injection molds. Prepare molds for production and work with production and engineering in improving and resolving mold problems.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair tooling. Analyze and correct complex mold problems to assure mold will produce acceptable parts.
Develop and execute repairs or modifications accordingly.
Fit and assemble component parts into mold cavities and verify dimensions, alignment and clearance.
Complete mold changeover's, which includes changing out details to change product part configuration.

The Assembler I is an entry level position primarily responsible for performing secondary operation or assembly of finished devices as part of a team or as the assembly operator. The Assembler is responsible for producing product that meets customer quality and on time requirements while keeping costs from time and material at or below the standard. The position has responsibility for following and ensuring that direct report knowledge of all tasks performed by Assembly.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Must comply with the company's quality system, GMP, SOP and follow Work
Instructions and all safety policies.
Must be able to meet all company documentation requirements.
Requisition parts from materials via pick list generated in IQMS.
Request set-up as required from Assembly.
Inspect components prior to assembly to verify that product is acceptable prior to performing any additional operation.
Set up work area.
Submit product to Quality Assurance for First Article inspection.
Perform all assembly tasks at or below time standards on BOM.
Complete POW's count parts either by hand or weigh count, generate labels, and move parts to outside packing area.
Complete Close-Out Line Clearance form and submit to Supervisor or Lead along with scrap reports and requests to return to stock.
Must be able to use IQMS, Real Time Inventory.
Meets regularly with the Shift Supervisor or Lead to ensure communications within the shifts.
Complies with all company safety and housekeeping policies, rules and regulation.
Complies with all departmental policies, procedures and work instructions relevant to a particular assignment.
Must be willing to work overtime and weekends.
Willing to work any other assigned duties including operator jobs as instructed by Supervisor or Lead.
Must be willing to train other employees.
Must provide relief for breaks and lunches as needed.
Must be safety conscious and work in a safe manner at all times. Follow all safety rules and standards.
Maintain clean working environment throughout production and assembly areas.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, ideally within the medical or pharmaceutical industries.
Previous Assembly experience preferred
Basic mathematical skills
Computer skills as required by stated accountabilities.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Other: Provide overtime coverage for alternate shifts or weekends as required
