Monitors manufacturing of assigned products, assuring compliance with DMR and quality system requirements and assuring complete and correct Device History Records are maintained. Leads site process and product improvement initiatives. Participates in the development, completion, and maintenance of risk analyses. Leads the generation and completion of protocols and reports for product, process, and test method validations. Collaborates with Manufacturing Engineers to review processes for new and existing products and supports the coordinate of process validations and capability studies. Supports the development various inspection techniques and procedures to ensure product integrity to design specifications. Responsible for the writing, implementation, and training of Incoming, In-Process, Manufacturing instructions, and Final Inspection procedures. Supports the disposition of non-conforming materials meet all necessary regulatory requirements and assure adequacy of corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence. Conducts root cause complaint investigations and remediation recommendations as needed. Key team member in CAPA activities, including analysis of data and trends in complaints, supplier quality, nonconforming material, training effectiveness, and root causes analysis. Assists with product transfers. What You Need: Ability to read and write in English. Self-motivated with strong ability to adapt to change. Ability to work cross-functionally and as part of a project team. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings. Proficiency in statistical tools (e.g., Gage R&R, Capability Analysis, ANOVA); Minitab experience is a plus. Experience in ISO 13485 industry. Ability to conduct root cause investigations using techniques such as FMEA, Fishbone, 5 Why, and 8D. Extensive experience with Process Validation (IQ, OQ, PQ, TMV).(Must) Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Experience in audit processes (internal or external audits). Education: BS degree in a related discipline or High School Diploma with 10+ years of relevant experience. Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience. Experience in the medical device industry Preferred Qualifications: Certified ISO Auditor training. Experience with Quality Management System (IQMS). Advanced proficiency with Microsoft programs. Complete all documentation pertaining to injection molding machine set up and tool cleaning/prepping. 8. Ensure molds are cleaned/prepped and tagged/staged properly per standard work.9. Assist operator Teams with operating problems.10. Assist in training Process Technician I's as needed.11. Material handling and quality checks. 12. Use strong problem-solving skills to trouble shoot molding machines and auxiliary equipment. Determines the root cause of machine alarms. Makes all necessary adjustments and tool or machine repair recommendations. 13. Oversees all validations and tool approvals for their assigned shift. 14. Evaluates resins to molding performance. 15. Ensures production times are met. 16. Check and complete all paperwork associated with the setup and adjustments of tooling, machines and auxiliary equipment. 17. Ensure compliance with all associated procedures applicable to the manufacturing process. 18. Maintain a safe working environment. Maintain a good housekeeping policy. 19. REQUIREMENTS:• 5+ Years experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician in an Injection Molding Facility. Provides accurate and descriptive records of medical and nursing care of the residents. Assigns daily resident care duties to Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides, monitors and evaluates the delivery of care. Accurately transcribes and carries out all physicians' orders and assists with physician visits. Participates in resident care planning. Evaluates and is alert to the physical and psychological needs of the residents and responds in accordance with proper nursing techniques and protocol. Assists with admissions and discharges of residents. Assists in the management of Nursing Assistants and Hospitality Aides. Assists with direct resident care as time and responsibilities permit. Assists with carrying out physician orders. Treats all information about residents, their condition, and family as well as personnel matters as confidential information. Complies with established Corporate and Departmental policies and procedures and maintains established standards and practices. Performs other functions as directed by the supervisor. Judgment capabilities, initiative, and dependability. Ability to read, write, and understand English well. Ability to stand, walk, stoop, twist, and turn frequently throughout the course of an eight-hour shift. Ability to lift 30 pounds in assisting co-workers with resident lifts, transfers, etc. several times throughout the shift. Standing and walking distances constantly throughout the campus is required during the shift while evaluating residents and supporting line staff and (at applicable facilities) responding to emergency needs of the Retirement Community. Ability to push a med cart in dispensing medications. Ability to react quickly and decisively in emergencies and in unexpected behavior of residents. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Ability to communicate with residents at a level they can understand.
