The Process Technician will serve as an expert on injection molding machines, auxiliary and processing equipment. Strong trouble shooting skills required. Responsible for mold changes, set-up & process troubleshooting. Provides technical training, direction, and hands-on technical leadership.RESPONSIBILITIES:1. Set up, start and process shoot injection-molding machines in accordance with standard work.2. Ensure all secondary equipment is setup and running accurately.3. Diagnose production problems and make adjustments.4. Document changes to cycles and job log during set up/start up.5. REQUIREMENTS:• 5+ Years experience as an Injection Molding Process Technician in an Injection Molding Facility.
