Hire, onboard, and develop top sales talent to build a strong, future-ready team. Revenue Growth & Forecasting Own monthly revenue targets across inbound, outbound, and account management sales teams. Develop accurate short-, mid-, and long-term sales forecasts in a high-volume environment. Track and analyze daily/weekly/monthly KPIs, presenting actionable insights to senior leadership. Customer Success & Retention Partner with client management teams to ensure renewals, cross-sells, and upsells are executed successfully.
