Pros of working at Medtronic

Pay is good & the products are important to our customers.

Cons of working at Medtronic

While the products are important to our customers, the PM's on the projects would cut as many corners as possible to save a buck. The teams aren't that nice. SLOW!!!

Medtronic benefits

The area is nice & there is a pension if you stay long enough (which since the Medtronic/Covidien merger there haven't been many people that stay in their unit for longer than 3+ years when they enter the job)
