**A Day in the Life**
Join our team as a Mapping Specialist on a special 6, 9 or 12-month fixed-term assignment in the BostonMA area or Maine. This unique opportunity is designed to provide an invaluable experience mapping at some of the largest academic healthcare systems in the country!
Upon successful completion of the assignment, you will return to a permanent mapping position in your designed location. This is an ideal role for an ambitious mapping professional looking to accelerate their career with great exposure!

**Required Qualifications**

Monitor pollution prevention activities, compliance initiatives, and internal auditing efforts.
Conduct studies and prepare environmental impact reports for new construction projects, manufacturing processes, or permit changes.
Review and analyze environmental documentation issued by regulatory agencies; collaborate with those agencies to define corrective action plans.
Evaluate proposed regulations to determine potential financial, operational, public, and environmental impacts.
Partner with regulatory bodies to resolve compliance issues, establish permit requirements, and support audits.
Represent Medtronic in government and industry rule-making activities.
Identify hazards and ensure appropriate corrective action is taken to safeguard employee health and safety.
