**A Day in the Life**
We are seeking a committed professional to join our team. While this is a remote position not located at a physical Medtronic site, the candidate hired will be required to reside within the territory and drive to multiple accounts throughout the region. A valid driver's license is essential for this role.

**Various levels available based on qualifications and experience**
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
+ Provide clinical and technical support and training to physicians and staff on the EP mapping and navigation system and all CAS products.
+ Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters relating to CAS products and related procedures.
+ Promote the safe and effective use of Medtronic CAS products and related procedures.
+ Understand and support national, regional and territory sales objectives to achieve or exceed sales goals within all CAS products.
+ Develop and cultivate customer relationships resulting in incremental business.
+ Work in partnership with Account Manager, Regional Manager and Area Directors to identify potential sales opportunities.
+ Collaborate and strategize with local sales team to conduct customer training for mapping and other CA Solutions products.
+ Collaborate and communicate with the sales and clinical teams in the region.
+ Serves as an effective Medtronic CAS representative to physicians and support staff regarding Medtronic CAS products, service and support.
+ Serve as a regional champion to share your experience and influence others to be proficient in the mapping technology.

**Required Qualifications**

+ High school diploma PLUS a minimum of 8 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. **OR**
+ Associate degree PLUS a minimum of 6 years of related work experience in cardiac mapping and navigation. **OR**

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with minimum of four years work experience in cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.
+ Proven track record with technical training assignments.
+ Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical / clinical support.
+ Ability to travel more than 25% of the time

+ Environmental exposure to infectious disease and radiation
+ Clinical Specialists are required to be within their assigned territory each day to be available as unscheduled needs arise

The Supervisor I, Production Management, is primarily responsible for leading team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes. You will manage production activities, liaise with departments for scheduling, and drive continuous improvement at our Manufacturing Facility in Houston, TX Specifics include:
Oversee team members to ensure efficient task completion and adherence to processes
Manage production activities, including assembly, material forming/shaping, processing, treating, or packaging to meet established specifications, schedules, volume/cost/wastage targets, and quality standards

Assure a safe work environment and develop pipeline talent

**Position Overview**
The Field Clinical Specialist is a visible position that will provide case support to physicians within certain territories. Case support will be done on peripheral and coronary interventional procedures in the pre-market and post-market phases of product development with the Shockwave Medical Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) technology. The Field Clinical Specialist will also play a critical role in clinical studies including device training, case support and ensuring timely data collection for clinical programs. Case support may be required to support other territories at certain times.

+ Physician and hospital staff training, and procedural case coverage to ensure the safe and effective use of medical devices.
+ Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers with a sense of urgency and drive.

Job Responsibilities

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
