Hologic Oncology Services is seeking a field based Medical Science Liaison (MSL) responsible for bringing together and communicating the scientific and clinical benefits of the Hologic Oncology product portfolio to health care providers. A successful MSL understands and articulates at the highest clinical level all technical aspects of the products yet appreciates commercially what is necessary for the product to be fully implemented.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Facilitate the exchange of medical and scientific data to a targeted audience including key opinion leaders (KOL's), physicians, and other health care providers regarding Hologic Oncology products via in-person or virtual presentations to increase awareness of products.
Support cross functional teams in initiatives such as faculty speaker training, sales training and review of promotional and educational materials.
Identifies and recommends potential participants of advisory boards, Medical Education speakers and other medical/scientific topics of mutual interest.
Participates in regional commercial training and strategy development meetings to assist in the building of a strong regional business unit.
Present technical content at regional speaking engagements (Roundtables, Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards, etc.) with physicians to broaden clinical understanding.
Maintains clinical, scientific, and technical expertise via attendance as directed at conferences, technical meetings and symposia, review of scientific journals and partnership with product and technology experts.
Conduct medical and scientific education and support for the field organization to increase Oncology presence and market awareness.
Travels within the assigned region to establish and maintain relationships within the clinical and scientific communities. The assigned region may adjust as necessary.

Primary Function of Position
The U.S. ION Endoluminal Territory Associate reports to the U.S. ION Endoluminal Program Manager (EPM). The ION Endoluminal Territory Associate plays a critical role in the early adoption of the Ion platform in expanding access to minimally invasive care for lung biopsy. This individual will be primarily focused on supporting early sustainable users and programs and the development of KOL's and programs that can highlight the early clinical, economic and strategic value of ION.

Job Responsibilities
* Lead the development and execution of Regional KOL engagement strategy, marketing education strategy and faculty development. This includes oversight of regional peer to peer marketing plans, health care compliance training for faculty, and other related activities as needed.
* Serve as a key member of the CAPLYTA Brand team by providing local market insights and feedback to craft future strategies for the Neuroscience franchise in close collaboration with sales leaders, key business partners, and medical teams to elevate brand advocacy.
* Build trusting relationships with academic and community KOLs, and other key partners to achieve above-brand priorities.
* Maintain pulse on regional trends and closely coordinate regional marketing education and engagement plans with cross functional partners to ensure heightened KOL and customer engagement strategies that are fully aligned to the Brand strategic imperatives.
* Partner with coordinated analytics team to better understand regional variations in treatment patterns to advise peer to peer and insight program placement.
* Attend conferences and serve as onsite host for product theatres

Job Requirements
* BA/BS Degree Required; advanced degree preferred.
* Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing, key account management, medical, sales leadership, sales training, or field sales engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare organizations.
* Deep understanding and experience working cross functionally with various key internal & external partners with a strong ability to innovate, collaborate and deliver results with desired outcomes.
* Demonstrated understanding of key industry trends and ability to develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition and improve patient outcomes.
