A Day in the LifeAs a Senior Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in ensuring reliable product availability for life-saving medical devices by leading enterprise-level demand planning activities. This role partners closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, and Global Operations to develop accurate demand forecasts, align cross-functional inputs, and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and planning processes.
You will operate in a highly regulated, fast-paced manufacturing environment where forecast quality directly impacts patient care, service levels, inventory health, and financial performance. This position requires strong analytical capability, business acumen, and the ability to influence across a matrixed organization for PCS portfolio
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Develops, integrates and provides account or brand-specific forecasts for internal sales and operations planning which includes replenishment data, point-of sale data, sales promotion information, marketing plans, manufacturing capacity, and new distribution/product deletions.
Assists in the improvement of demand forecasting accuracy for internal and external customers including determining the appropriate algorithm for statistical forecasts.
Maintains and manages product history, accurate forecasting, and promotional demand.
Analyzes internal demand stream information, and categorizes according to demand patterns.
Aligns sales/marketing intelligence for each operating unit for use in forecast systems, working with sales organization(s), national sales accounts, marketing, research and development, and related forecasting and planning groups.
Must Have: Required Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

What to Expect:
Exceed sales forecast objectives for all products, to include capital equipment, Consumables and Service product lines
Sales plan, Gap Analysis, Marketing and Educational plans
Present and successfully sell Hologic value proposition to multiple stakeholders at all levels
Develop trusted advisor level relationships with key customer contacts and decision makers
Responsible for developing new prospects and establishing customers
Develop and manage sales funnel to analyze, track activity and provide accurate forecasts
Leverage internal resource team across Sales, Clinical, Service, and National Accounts to optimize customer experience.
Ability to demonstrate our technology in the operating room, pathology lab, and breast center
Provide onsite training and technical support during procedures to ensure proper use of all products
Attend all corporate training, sales meetings, conventions, and in-field development course
Create and/or implement custom in-field promotional programs for targeted regional customers and decision makers

What We Expect:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in capital equipment and/or medical instrument sales, a plus. Operating room experience and demonstrated ability to work with surgeons is desirable
Ability to develop a market, based on a new product/technology and surgical procedures
Familiarity with clinical and economic outcome data, reimbursement, and managed care policies and procedures
Experience in developing and establishing professional education training courses for surgeons and nursing staff
Provide surgical procedure and technical product support in surgery as well as ongoing customer service in accordance with company policy
Track record of success achieving business results in complex, matrixed environments
Demonstrate excellent problem solving and strategic skills - be able to navigate and win with complex customer opportunities
Proven negotiation skills with supply chain (capital sales)
High level business and financial acumen along with high emotional intelligence

Additional Details:
Since this position requires you to drive extensively during the work day a valid driving license and driving record satisfactory to the Company, as well as a serviceable vehicle available for work use is mandatory. Overnight travel required up to 50%, which will depend on the territory.
The total compensation range for this role is $150,000 to $200,000. This role is 100% commission based. Final compensation packages will ultimately depend on territory and performance versus quota.

* Gain exposure to the manufacturing and development process for Class III medical devices in the cardiology space.
* Develop foundational knowledge of regulatory and Quality Management System (QMS) requirements for medical devices, including how manufacturers ensure safety, performance, and benefit.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Regulatory Affairs, Clinical Trials, Clinical Risk, Research and Development, and Design Assurance/Quality.

The Sr. MSL is considered an established scientific and clinical knowledge lead on current and future J&J Innovative Medicine products per Therapeutic Area (TA) alignment. The Sr. MSL is responsible for staying abreast of current scientific and treatment landscape trends in their therapeutic areas of interest. The Sr. MSL provides research support for company and investigator-initiated research. The Sr MSL will function with high integrity and follow credo values.
The Sr. MSL will be responsible for:
+ Building external relationships with identified KOLs and health care providers (MD, PA, NP, RN, Pharm.D., bio coordinators) and developing and managing a geographical territory. These relationships and engagements can include both virtual & in-person, with a prioritization of in-person engagements when appropriate.
+ Developing and maintaining a territory strategic plan, which includes educational activities with identified OLs, HCPs, institutions, and community practices.
+ Having a level of competency and experience in the disease state. The Sr. MSL is expected to possess foundational competencies in the areas of Influence & Results Focused, Communication, Stakeholder Engagement, Product & Therapeutic Area Knowledge, and Data Insights & Dissemination.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. This role is accountable for managing and developing a high-performing quality Engineering team, defining the long-term quality strategy, and ensuring the delivery of reliable, high-quality software across our product portfolio.
The Software Quality Director will balance strategic vision with operational excellence- driving quality initiatives across the organization while overseeing day-to-day management, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
In general, the following responsibilities apply for the Software Quality Director role. This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Develop and execute a comprehensive software quality strategy supporting growth, scalability, and evolving products.
Collaborate with global partners in quality, regulatory, and R&D to align quality and digital transformation goals.
Anticipate and adapt the quality function for emerging technologies and future needs.
Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing, diverse team focused on software design assurance and risk management.
Oversee all aspects of software design assurance and risk management for all software products (Capital Equipment with Embedded Software, Software as Medical Device (SaMD), Non-Medical Device Software), to ensure regulatory compliance and support audits and submissions (FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, IEC 82304, ISO 14971, etc.).
Champion continuous improvement and best practices in software engineering, verification, validation, and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related technical discipline and a minimum of 10 years of Software Development experience OR a Master's degree with a minimum of 7 years of Software Development experience, along with 7 years of managerial experience
Nice to Have
7+ years of experience in software quality assurance or software development in the medical device industry.
5+ years of experience leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
In-depth knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (IEC 62304, ISO 13485, FDA QSR, ISO 14971).
Demonstrated experience with software engineering and product quality for Capital SiMD, SaMD, and Non-Medical Device Software.
Demonstrated experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, digital transformation initiatives, and continuous improvement frameworks (Lean, Kaizen, etc.).
Scaled-Agile Principles awareness and execution experience
Software reliability best practices
Product Security Risk Management
AI/ML based software release experience

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$202,400.00 - $303,600.00This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).This position is eligible for an annual long-term incentive plan.The base salary range is applicable across the United States, excluding Puerto Rico and specific locations in California. The offered rate complies with federal and local regulations and may vary based on factors such as experience, certification/education, market conditions, and location. Compensation and benefits information pertains solely to candidates hired within the United States (local market compensation and benefits will apply for others).
