The Coronary & RDN (CRDN) businesses are part of the CardioVascular Portfolio. Our customers are clinical and non-clinical, mainly (but not exclusively) within Interventional Cardiology. They include, Cardiologists, Cathlab- managers, Specialist nurses, Directorate managers, and Procurement. Our product/therapy is a groundbreaking innovation in the space of Physiology assessment. CathWorks (CWX) recreate a 3D model or coronary artery tree elaborating 3 angiograms allowing the user to assess the severity of vessel lesions in a non-invasive device free approach. Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned: * Coordinate and execute first training on using CWX suite: shadowing potential users in running demo cases, providing F2F theoretical training, assisting and guiding the users in first initial clinical procedures, and execute training follow-ups on new or existing users also in relation to CWX new tools or functionalities * Drive the adoption of CWX in the initial phase after installation and training in close collaboration with local Sales Representative (SR) in charge of the target account * Assist and help local commercial resources (Sales Reps/Marketing) in delivering in-depth product presentation (including demo cases) in target accounts * Train local Sales Reps during live and demo cases for them to obtain certification on proficient usage of the technology * Educate and train physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on technical matters through conducting and/or coordinating one-on-one training sessions, in-service education programs, seminars and/or outside symposiums and provide training and resources for hospital staff to enable them to conduct training for their personnel ("train the trainer") * Ensure tracking, measurement and execution of activities at account level in coordination with WE HQ team Required Knowledge and Experience: * Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, nursing, biology, or other life sciences or equivalent experience and a minimum 3 years of work experience from the healthcare sector, preferably from Imagining, Physiology and experience in a CathLab/Theatre environment * Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology, medical procedures, and the medical device industry, as well as knowledge of angiograms and anatomy of the heart * Strong project management skills and experience coordinating and executing training programs * Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Excellent customer service skills and problem resolution skills * Ability to effectively build and maintain positive relationships with peers and colleagues across organizational levels Ability to travel extensively with ease up to 75% of the time in the Nordics. Occasional training and education activities may take place in the evening/weekends. ERP, WMS, OMS, TMS, or 3PL and 4PL experience is preferred. Experience with API‑based integrations (REST or GraphQL), file‑based integrations (SFTP, CSV, or EDI), or AS2 and S/MIME workflows. Familiarity with enterprise or SaaS implementation methodologies. Experience with EDI or X12 transformation or schema mapping. Exceptional client‑facing communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and guide customers through technical decisions.
