**A Day in the Life**
Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Territory Manager (CTM) to support the education and training of the company's products to Health Care Professionals and patients. CTMs serve as the face of the company and are field clinical diabetes experts. CTMs report to the Clinical District Manager aligned to their specific district.
This is a field based position that will support our Youngstown, OH Territory. A majority of the time will be spent in the Boardman, OH area with the remaining time spent in Wheeling, VA and East Liverpool, OH. The expectation is to be in the field 4-5 days/week and remote the remaining days.

+ Educates patients, physicians, nurses, educators, and other health care professionals (HCPs) regarding the importance of intensive management of patients with diabetes using Medtronic Diabetes products
+ Serves in a role that indirectly supports sales activities
+ Collaborates with sales counterpart to develop and implement territory growth strategy
+ Troubleshoots clinical and technical issues regarding Medtronic products and therapy
+ Assists HCPs in assessing and managing patient's Medtronic therapy to help ensure positive outcomes
+ Consults and presents to individuals and groups on behalf of Medtronic Diabetes
+ Plans, organizes, and manages assignments within allotted budget

Position Overview
Territory Managers are responsible for cold calling, prospecting, and building relationships that will increase account revenue growth and customer satisfaction within specified product lines and geography. Focus areas will include driving new business with responsibility for achieving sales expectations in an assigned territory while providing exceptional service and support to physicians to meet their patient's needs. The Territory Manager is responsible for case coverage in catheter labs while working with physicians and key decision makers.
Essential Job Functions
* Develop and implement sales strategies to effectively promote Shockwave products to appropriate hospital personnel and physicians.
* Meet with a variety of physicians and other hospital personnel to determine customers' needs, goals, product usage, and types of cases handled.
* Educate customers on products and proper clinical usage by delivering presentations and demonstrations.
* Routinely attend procedures/cases in hospital operating rooms and advise on product usage and gain insight into specific needs of physicians' and OR staff.
* Responsible for attainment of sales/revenue objectives for the territory in order to attain quota.
* Partner with Clinical, Field Clinical Reps, Marketing, R&D and other business units to identify selling opportunities and present to potential clients.
* Conduct consultative sales calls with Interventional Cardiologists, and Vascular Surgeons.
* Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
* Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, and ability to speak clinically to physicians at a high level.
* Complete and processes timely reports including but not limited to: sales summary reports, expense reports, monthly product tracking reports, careful account targeting reports, and complaint reports in accordance with established procedures and policies.
* Maintain company standards involving ethical and moral character while professionally representing the company.
* Comply with all corporate compliance, FDA, medical device, quality standards and ethics.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
* Minimum 2 years' territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred). May substitute 3 years' cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience.
* Successful Sales experience in catheter technology with occlusive vascular disease, endovascular, atherectomy, stent, coronary sales experience with peripheral influence preferred but not required.
* Ability to meet and exceed the assigned sales plan on a quarterly and annual basis.
* Capable of independently managing time, resources, and budget within the assigned territory in conjunction with near-term plans to ensure the territory's objectives are achieved.
* Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals and physicians. Obtain new users for company products and services.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
* Must not be debarred by FDA for work in any Medical Device business.
* Must have a valid driver's license.
* Operate as a team and/or independently while demonstrating flexibility to changing requirements.
* There may be continuous sitting for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in an 8-hour day)

Agilent is seeking an enthusiastic, results driven, Atomic Spectroscopy Account Manager in the North Texas Region (Austin or Dallas). In this position, the ideal candidate will accelerate sales of atomic analytical instrumentation including Atomic Absorption (AA), Microwave Plasma (MP-AES), Inductively Coupled Plasma (ICP-OES), Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometers (ICP-MS), Supplies and Service products to all application markets in the North Texas area. These and other duties will be performed in an assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
Proactively acts to understand customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries; actively creates business opportunities
Determines and develops approaches to sales assignments to achieve quota/ strategies
Leads projects requiring coordination with other functions, organizations

Qualifications
Bachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
4+ years relevant experience in technical sales or account management within the analytical instrumentation industry.
Strong knowledge of atomic spectroscopy techniques (AA, ICP-OES, ICP-MS, MP-AES).
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage a territory effectively.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to travel within the North Texas region (Austin/Dallas) as required.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering) is required. Master's Degree, MBA, or PhD is preferred.
Strong leadership acumen.
Minimum 5 years sales and/or sales management experience is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of Agilent's LC and mass spectrometry portfolios/applications.
Proven experience leading a sales team in technical sales or related role.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
High proficiency with SalesForce.
Willingness to travel with direct reports to develop culture, hone selling acumen and drive incremental business
Must live within 1 hour of a major airport in the United States

In the US, this position is eligible for reimbursement for personal vehicle usage.The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $205,800.00 - $343,000.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
