In her current role as CFO of Medtronic, Ms. Parkhill serves on the company's Executive Committee and is responsible for leading the Medtronic global finance organization and key supporting functions, including Treasury, Controller, Tax, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Corporate Strategy, and Business Development. In addition to her leadership role in finance, Ms. Parkhill serves as the Executive Sponsor of the Medtronic PRIDE Employee Resource Group and Women’s Network “Commit to Connect” leadership program, which supports senior women leadership development at Medtronic.

Ms. Parkhill joined Medtronic from Comerica Incorporated in June 2016 where she was Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer. She was a member of Comerica's Management Executive Committee and the Comerica Bank Board of Directors. As Chief Financial Officer at Comerica, Ms. Parkhill had direct management of Finance, overseeing Accounting, Business Finance, Corporate Planning and Development, Investor Relations, Treasury as well as Economics, with responsibility for all financial reporting. She previously had administrative responsibilities for Comerica's Service Company, Corporate Compliance and Financial Intelligence.

Prior to Comerica, Ms. Parkhill was at JPMorgan Chase and Co., where she served as Chief Financial Officer for the Commercial Banking business from 2007 to 2011. She joined JPMorgan in 1992 in the Investment Bank and held various positions of increasing scope and responsibility, from an Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group to a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Coverage Group.

Ms. Parkhill previously served as a member of the International Women’s Forum, as a National Trustee for the Boys and Girls Club of America, the Board of Directors of Methodist Health System, and the Executive Board for Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. She was named among American Banker’s “The 25 Most Powerful Women in Banking” in 2015, and “The 25 Women to Watch” in 2011 and 2013.

Ms. Parkhill earned bachelor's degrees in business administration and mathematics from Southern Methodist University in Dallas and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. She is a 2012 recipient of the SMU Cox School of Business Distinguished Alumni Award and a 2008 recipient of the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Distinguished Young Alumna Award.

Noel Colón is Senior Senior Vice President, Chief Quality Officer at Medtronic . In this role, Noel oversees all global quality and operations for the company, he reports directly to the CEO of Medtronic and is a member of the Medtronic Executive Committee.

He partners with the business groups and global regions to assure end-to-end quality, reliability and regulatory compliance, from development through manufacturing, distribution and end-customer use. He is responsible for driving the strategic direction for the quality and regulatory affairs programs through the implementation of policy and standards across Medtronic. He joined Medtronic in March 2008 as senior director of Manufacturing and Supplier Quality for Cardiac Rhythm Disease Management (CRDM). Most recently, Noel served as vice president of quality for the Restorative Therapies Group (RTG) from 2017-2019. Prior to this role, he was the vice president of Medtronic Energy and Component Center (MECC) and CRDM pharmaceutical operations from 2012-2017. From 2011-2012, he served as vice president of manufacturing and supplier quality for the Cardiac and Vascular Group (CVG).

Noel was the recipient of the 2016 Medtronic Compass Award for ethics and compliance.

Previously, Noel spent 17 years at Boston Scientific CRM (Guidant), where he held several leadership roles in manufacturing, process development and quality for the cardiac rhythm management division at Minnesota, Ireland and Puerto Rico.

Noel serves as founding member of the Medtronic Hispanic Latino Network - an internal resource group that focuses on recruitment, engagement, retention and development for employees of Hispanic Latino descent.

Gary Ellis was named Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer on May 1, 2005. In this role, he is responsible for the treasury, tax, controllership, internal audit, and investor relations functions at Medtronic. Gary began his career with Medtronic in 1989 as Assistant Corporate Controller. He has served the company in several financial roles including, Vice President of Finance for Medtronic Europe; Vice President and Corporate Controller responsible for the finance and accounting functions for the company; and as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Treasurer. Prior to joining Medtronic, Gary was a Senior Audit Manager for Price Waterhouse where, in addition to several other responsibilities, he managed the Medtronic audit for nearly 10 years. He has worked with several large corporate organizations, as well as providing audit services to numerous non-profit organizations. Gary received his bachelor’s of science degree in Accounting in 1978 from the University of South Dakota. He is very active in community activities and has contributed many years of service on the Board of Directors and as President of his local church and other non-profit organizations. He served as the Chairman of the American Heart Association Board in 2007-2008 and currently serves on the boards of the Science Museum of Minnesota, the Greater Twin Cities United Way, and the Toro Company. Gary also is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs.

Gilbert Goldstein is an IT Infrastructure Manager - CTO at Medtronic and is based in Yokneam. He has worked as IT Manager at Gizmox, IT Manager at ARX, and Project Manager at Winsite. Gilbert studied at Technion Israel Institute of Technology between 1988 and 1992; Technion Israel Institute of Technology between 2019 and 2020; and BitPlus Holdings, Ltd. between 1999 and 2000.
