Data Management:
Perform setup for contract awards and modifications, maintaining high standards of data quality.

The Cybersecurity Engineer, in conjunction with the Cyber Lead, will build out the technical tasks, populate the SaFE/Agile backlog, and drive technical solutions for Cyber Security against, DevSecOps strategies, implementation of RMF, gaining and maintaining system Authorizations to Operate (ATO), secure as you build concepts, and conduct defense-in-depth activities using established tactics, techniques, processes, and tools.
Works with multiple Approving Organizations (AO) on Enterprise-wide security settings and postures alongside Software/System Architects, Data/Space Scientists, Systems Engineers, and other technical leads while establishing / adhering to industry security standards and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Min 8 years with BS/BA, Min 6 years with MS/MA, Min 3 years with PhD
4 years of relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree
Cybersecurity experience supporting the software development lifecycle, gaining and maintaining ATOs using RMF, security incident and event management (SIEM), and incident response.
Must have knowledge of RMF and NIST processes.
Must have experience in developing and maintaining Plans of Actions and Milestones (POA&Ms), Security Concepts of Operations (SECONOPS), and Standard Operating Procedures in support of RMF.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust.
Preferred Qualifications:
Security+, CISSP, or similar certification
