Job purpose
To provide leadership to the branch by directing and managing all the daily functions of running a profitable store including sales, budgets, inventory control, personnel, expenses, branch administration and new business. This position is accountable for the Profit & Loss for its location and contributes to the overall profits of the company.
Duties and responsibilities
· Develop long-term business relationships with our customers to help promote sales growth and
· gain acceptance
· Identify prospective/future customers through store or phone sales and communicate prospects to
corporate sales leadership.
· Plan, coordinate, and direct operational activities for the branch.
· Develop and manage annual branch operations to ensure profitability
· Develop and implement a fiscal year branch sales plan with regional manager or general manager to
include specific plan for top ten customers.
· Responsible for maximizing gross profit through customer price schedules
· Supervision of all employees; includes recruiting and hiring, planning and scheduling work,
assigning work, performance evaluations, salary adjustments, promotions, coaching, & discipline.
· Work with outside sales managers to ensure competitive pricing while maintaining acceptable
profit margins
· Responsible for branch inventory from daily cycle counts to annual physical inventory and work
with corporate inventory managers as necessary
o Recommend branch stock levels, check inventory for excess, damaged and obsolete products. Return
to vendor or sell as damaged.
o Recommend products for vendor consolidation consideration
o Responsible for all inventory/items to be set up in the computer
o Make sure all vendor returns are prompt (cylinders, cores, etc.)
· Supplies Credit department with customer information to aid collections
· Coordinate with Training dept. to offer relevant classes for customers and employees
· Maintain all required certifications required by DOT, OSHA and company safety programs
· Hold monthly branch meetings
· Company vehicles - check for maintenance, inspections and registration
· Branch building maintenance
· Be involved in RSES and other related organizations

Summary/ Objective:
The Purchasing Assistant's primary objective is to support the purchasing teams' mission of managing our largest physical asset, our inventory, and to ensure that the correct product quantity and mix is available in the distribution centers and at branch locations. Position Overview:

Position Overview: The Industrial Services Specialist is a member of the Schaedler Yesco Industrial Automation team and is responsible for the promotion, sales and administration of Schaedler Yesco and Rockwell Automation Services product portfolio. The Automation Services portfolio includes but is not limited to the following:

Summary/ Objective:
The CDL Class A Delivery Driver is responsible for delivering materials to customers at designated locations within specific timeframes. This position requires safe operation of a delivery truck, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Work Shift Hours: Monday-Friday 12:30 am- until deliveries are completed.
Essential Functions:
Organize placement of material on trucks for effective and timely delivery
Inspect trucks each day per DOT regulations and complete required DOT paperwork.
Deliver material to customers and pick-up returns.
Communicate with the sales department regarding any issues with orders.
Build and maintain positive customer service relationships.
Assist in various tasks that promote the effective functioning of the warehouse.
Always carry a photo ID and cell phone.
Wear long pants and work boots.
Immediately report any accidents/incidents to your immediate supervisor.
Clean out truck cab and box after each delivery route.
Stage all returned material in appropriate areas.
Assist with picking or put-away in the warehouse.
Additional tasks as assigned.
Competencies:
Ability to read and understand written and oral directions.
Knowledge of legal and defensive driving practices.
Ability to meet schedules and timeframes.
Supervisory Responsibility:
This position is not a supervisory role and does not have any direct reports.
Work Environment:
You will be responsible for transporting goods to construction and manufacturing sites, navigating rocky terrain, and working in all types of weather conditions. This role requires flexibility and resilience, as you will be exposed to varying environments daily. You must adhere to all safety regulations at customer sites and at our branch to ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others. Being prepared for challenging conditions and maintaining a strong focus on safety is essential in performing your duties effectively and efficiently.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to have:
the ability to stand, walk for moderately long distances, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate (lift, carry, move) weight up to 50lbs, climb ladders and climb in and out of trucks throughout the day.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus

Travel:
This position requires branch travel.
Clearances and Certifications:
Background check is required.
U.S. Citizenship or U.S. Permanent Resident status required.
Valid Commercial Driver Medical Certification
Ability to pass a regulated UDS per DOT requirement.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Valid CDL-A driver's license.
