Job Description * Experience Required: 0 to 6 months * Experience Desired: Prior experience working in Bakery or related industry * Education Desired: No High School diploma required * Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds * Age Requirement: At least 18 years of age Job Responsibilities * Finish and package products according to established procedures. * Insert products into proof box, set controls and close door to ensure proper size and shape of product. * Work neatly and efficiently, following the direction of the bakery leader. * Prepare and fry donuts according to established procedures. * Insert products into and retrieve products from the freezer and cooler to preserve freshness. * Actively support a culture of safety which includes, but is not limited to, food safety, Team Member safety and customer safety. * Maintain cleanliness of equipment, utensils and floor (to ensure safety), as well as ensure sanitation regulations are met by following daily checklists. * Perform housekeeping duties and maintenance functions as needed to remain compliant with company standards. * Actively demonstrate appropriate suggestive selling techniques. * Finish products according to established procedures. * Provide active sampling opportunities, when appropriate. * Conduct business, at all times, with a clear understanding that customer service is a significant point of difference for our Company.
