Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Telecommunications, or Electronics and Communication), or a related field from an accredited university. 20 years of progressive experience in telecommunications, including at least 5 years focused on radio communications, satellite communications, and 5G technologies. Must have knowledge of telecommunications systems, including network architecture, protocol, infrastructure design, and performance optimization. These include but not limited to: Experience in IoT/IIOT and its applications in telecommunications, experience in civil engineering and underground infrastructure, including the design and implementation of fiber-optic cables and other telecommunications infrastructure, experience in wireless communications, including Industrial wireless protocols (i.e., ISA100 and WirelessHART), strong understanding of telecommunications standards and regulations, including those related to 5G, 6G, satellite, and radio communications.
