The position schedule is Sunday to Thursday. Responsibilities: Loading Petroleum products at refineries, ethanol plants, and bulk storage facilities. Unloading Petroleum products at numerous customer locations such as gas stations, airports, refineries, and bulk storage facilities. Ability to pump on and off petroleum and ethanol products using a Power Take Off. Dropping, hooking and connecting trailers to semi-truck. This includes manually raising and lowering dolly legs on the trailer with up to 50 pounds of torque resistance. Hooking up hoses and fittings to load and unload these Petroleum products safely and securely. Checking customer tank levels prior to unloading to make sure tanks do not fill past 90% ullage. Properly using vapor recovery hose at all loading and unloading locations. Reaching, pulling and pushing Petroleum hoses weighing up to 50 lbs. Climbing up ladder on trailer to check tank and levels and make sure the load is secured. The maximum weight the ladder can accommodate is 450 pounds with a 200 pound at the top of the trailer. Climbing in and out of Semi-Truck using 3 points of contact. Loading exactly what petroleum products, appropriate quantities, and correct suppliers on all loads per dispatch instructions. General conversations in English with dispatchers, customers, and loaders to accommodate their needs. Physical Requirements: Lifting up to 50 lbs.
