How you will make an impact: The Customer Service Specialist II is part of a growing team in a global organization whose focus is to enter, track, and follow-up on customer orders. The Customer Service Specialist II is responsible for fulfilling detailed customer inquiries to ensure Meissner is exceeding the client s expectations. Communicate with moderately complex customers who are placing or following up on orders, escalating when necessary either verbally or in writing. Apply critical thinking and judgement when reviewing and assessing acceptability, accuracy, and completeness of purchase orders. Identify, communicate, and resolve discrepancies to ensure orders are submitted in accordance with established business policies. Determine applicability of quotes, sales agreements, and discounts. Perform research to identify the source of discrepancy. Ensure the correct documentation is attached to orders within all systems. This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA. The skills and experience you ll need: High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate s or Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 2 4 years of customer service experience preferably in the life sciences, medical device, or pharma industry, including order entry/ order processing experience with a track record of resolving complex issues. How you will make an impact: The Assembler I is responsible for assembling Single-Use biopharmaceutical components and finished products in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), and company quality standards. This basic-level role requires the learning and understanding of basic assembly processes, with the ability to work independently on routine tasks and collaborating effectively within a team. Assemblies are manufactured following configuration based on Bill of Materials (BOM) and Specification Prints. This role ensures operational integrity through strict process adherence and the maintenance of a clean, compliant, and safe cleanroom environment. Manufacture basic assemblies and visually inspect according to SOPS and work instructions. Read and understand SOPs to properly perform necessary manufacturing operations. Learn fundamental assembly and cleanroom skills under direct guidance. Maintain adequate production pace to meet schedule while ensuring accuracy. Visually inspect and package all finished products for adherence to specification print. Recognize and report basic defects or issues with components or assemblies. Adjust machine settings according to SOPs and clean equipment as needed. Observe automated machinery and notify senior operator, production lead or supervisor of any irregularities. Initiate welding cycle of various pieces of machinery involved in production. Interface with computers/software which facilitates all phases of production activity including tracking of production order status, electronic batch record generation, inventory lot control, etc. Adhere to all safety regulations, policies, SOPs (including cleanroom and gowning requirements), and quality standards in every task, and promptly report any deviations. Maintain a clean and organized workspace; regularly or monthly performing sweeping, mopping, and surface sanitization in compliance with cleanroom standards. Follow directions and detailed instructions from senior operators or leads with precision. Assist in other areas as needed. This is an on-site role based out of our headquarters in Camarillo, CA. The skills and experience you ll need: Prior experience is not required; cleanroom experience is a plus. Production skills are trained by Meissner Personnel. No other training is required. A personal commitment to produce the highest quality product possible is essential. Demonstrate ability to read and interpret documents in English such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Support OEM sales team on incoming inquiries routing appropriately for follow-up and closure. Participate in the creation of the OEM pitch deck, and master the content and delivery. Provide feedback from conversations with OEM accounts. Identify market trends. Maintain and review CRM records on OEM customers and ongoing business activities. Prepare and submit expense reports.
