Site Superintendent - Wastewater Treatment Plants (Required Experience) Texas Aquastore | Texas | Full-Time Texas Aquastore is seeking a Site Superintendent with direct, hands-on Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) construction experience to lead field execution on municipal and industrial water infrastructure projects across Texas. This role is not intended for general commercial or residential superintendents without wastewater or water treatment plant experience. The Site Superintendent serves as the primary on-site leader responsible for daily execution of wastewater treatment plant construction activities, including concrete process structures, process piping, mechanical installations, and coordination with multiple trades in active or regulated environments. This role partners closely with operations and project management to plan and sequence work around plant constraints, regulatory requirements, and commissioning needs. The Superintendent ensures labor, materials, and equipment are properly aligned to maintain schedule and quality while minimizing disruption to plant operations when working in live facilities.
