Summary:
The CT Tech operates computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce cross-sectional images of patients' bodies for diagnostic purposes. They prepare patients for the procedure, position patients with considerations for safety and image accuracy, ensure proper imaging protocols are followed, and work closely with radiologists to obtain high-quality images for accurate diagnosis. CT Techs also maintain equipment, keep patient records, and follow safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure and provide compassionate care to patients throughout the imaging process.
Essential Work Functions:
Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images of bones, organs, and tissue for diagnostic purposes
Prepare patients for procedures, explain imaging process, and position patients appropriately
Set appropriate technical parameters to accurately demonstrate anatomy and pathology
Provide high-quality images to Radiologist for interpretation
Adhere to radiation safety standards and hospital policies to ensure patient and staff safety
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CT equipment to ensure proper functionality
Document patient information, imaging parameters, and procedural details accurately in the hospital's system
Collaborate with radiologists, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver timely diagnostic services
Ability to adapt to different CT equipment and protocols across various healthcare facilities
Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of CT Tech practice

The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language

Primary Responsibilities of a Crew:
Tree Care Site Preparation: Prepare the work site and ensure the proper setup of equipment for tree care operations and identify any potential safety hazards.
Tree Pruning and Trimming: Removing dead, diseased, or broken branches, thinning the tree canopy for better air circulation, shaping trees for aesthetic purposes, and reducing tree size for safety and clearance reasons using aerial lifts and other equipment to access trees at various heights.
Tree Removal: Safely and efficiently cutting and removing trees that are dead, dying, diseased, unwanted, or pose a safety hazard due to their location. This includes using specialized equipment such as aerial baskets, cranes, chainsaws, pole saws, and ropes, ensuring minimal impact on surrounding structures and landscaping.
Stump Grinding and Removal: Utilize stump grinders to remove tree stumps from the ground after tree removal to prevent regrowth and eliminate tripping hazards.
Site Cleanup and Debris Removal: Clearing away branches, leaves, and other debris generated from tree work. This includes chipping branches into mulch or transporting debris off-site for disposal.
Emergency Tree Services: Responding to emergencies such as storm damage, where fallen trees or large branches need to be removed to ensure safety and restore access.
Brush Mowing: Safely operate equipment to clear areas of vegetation growth.
Brush Chipping: Operate woodchippers to dispose of branches and brush generated during tree maintenance.
Climbing and Rigging Assistance: Assist arborists and tree climbers in setting up rigging systems and providing support during tree climbing operations.
Herbicide Application: Spray application of environmentally tested and safe herbicides for vegetation management.
Tree Health Assessments: Collaborate with arborists to identify tree health issues and determine appropriate equipment and techniques needed for tree care.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to safety regulations and protocols to protect the crew, the public, and property during all tree care operations. This includes wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) and using safe work practices.
Equipment Care and Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain tree care equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition and report any mechanical issues for prompt repair.
Customer Communication and Education: Interacting with property owners or municipal officials to provide updates on tree care services, educate them on proper tree maintenance practices, and answer questions regarding tree health and safety.

What We Offer:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with preparing financial statements and reports for plant-level operations
Monitor daily accounting transactions, ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Maintain job costing records and analyze variances in labor, materials, and overhead costs
Support the corporate accounting team with the month-end close process, reconciliations, and reporting
Assist in developing plant budgets and forecasts under the supervision of the Corporate Controller
Manage and maintain inventory control systems, ensuring accuracy in product costing
Implement plant-level internal controls and compliance with corporate financial policies
Provide basic financial analysis to plant management to aid in operational decision-making
EDUCATION, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with job costing and manufacturing metrics
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present financial data and insights clearly to plant management and corporate teams
Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledge of AIA documents, construction industry-specific financial practices, and manufacturing cost controls is preferred

As our Barn Worker, you will:
Move cattle from pen to pen for ante-mortem inspection, check water troughs, and verify cattle counts per load.
Initial back of Ante-mortem card verifying cattle count.
Highlight front of card verifying all info is correct and signed by USDA.
Separate slow/challenged cattle.
Transport/move deads; use skid loader to clean pens.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
