Ability to read and interpret blueprints, maps, and schematics. Experience with cable splicing, termination, and testing. Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Valid driver's license. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to work in confined spaces and at heights. Ability to walk, stand, bend, and kneel for extended periods of time.
