Sales Administrative Associates perform office administration work that is essential to the operations/sales teams of Melton Truck Lines. This internship will be on-site at our Tulsa headquarters. The preferred shift is Monday-Friday 7am to noon but can be flexible based on candidate needs. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: * Coordinates with internal and external parties to facilitate various forms of documents (Customer Contract Agreements, pricing contracts, accessorial agreements, etc. through the following stages: review and revision; execution; and implementation.) * Drafts and reviews of both standard and non-standard documents to ensure business terms are acceptable to the company and interface with internal parties, including the Senior VP of Sales and other departments.
