Aditya Jami is currently serving as Chief Technology Officer of Meltwater where he heads up Engineering and Product organizations. Aditya is an experienced technology leader with demonstrated history in executing complex engineering systems, developing product strategy, creating high velocity engineering culture, driving M&A integrations at Meltwater, and at international corporations such as Netflix and Yahoo. His industry & academic efforts have been translated into successful products, open source software and recognized in form of awards for research papers as well as in the popular press. Jami holds an M.S. in Computer Science from Stanford University and served as a visiting scientist at Cornell University.

Martin Hernandez brings more than twenty-five years of operations, finance, and board expertise to his role as CFO at Meltwater Group (MWTR:OL), a global SaaS provider of media intelligence and social analytics solutions that helps 28,000+ companies make better, more informed decisions based on insight from the outside. Meltwater was just ranked #1 in G2’s Spring 2021 Grid Report on Top Media Monitoring Software for customer satisfaction and market presence. His leadership at Meltwater leverages cross-industry board director, corporate officer, business partner and accounting/finance management experience in SaaS/software, enterprise software, professional services, telecom, and healthcare companies. Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Martin’s leadership across product and service-line transformation, marketing, and enterprise sales has served as both backbone and growth driver for start-up to multibillion-dollar companies. A strategic and collaborative leader, Martin has built and led teams of up to 500 people worldwide across all functions. With public, PE, and VC experience-and international vision, strategy, planning, and execution spanning EMEA, APAC, and the Americas-Martin has negotiated and funded hundreds-of-millions in equity (e.g., IPOs, follow-ons, PIPEs, venture capital raises) and debt financing (e.g., private equity, bank). He has also closed and integrated more than thirty-five M&A transactions, led IPR programs and the issuance of 100+ global patents, implemented four ERP systems and directed company/division restructuring.Martin holds MBA and bachelor of science in marketing degrees from San Jose State University, and is an inactive CPA. He completed Harvard Business School’s Audit Committee Director’s Program, and the Stanford Graduate School of Business Director’s Consortium.Between 2009 and 2017, he held a board seat for Westell, Inc. (NASDAQ, WSTL), serving on the high-speed communications company’s audit, corporate governance and nominating committees. He also served as a board member between 2006 and 2008 for DELTA Ministries International, a leading worldwide logistics and relief-team management organization.
