The Director of Technical Services (DTS) is responsible for overseeing technical services and quality assurance for Southern Minnesota Beet Sugar Cooperative (SMBSC) and its subsidiaries. Job Duties and Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
You'll visit customers' homes, solve problems, and introduce them to smart home tech.
Install and service DISH equipment and smart home products in customers' homes
Teach customers how to use their tech and offer additional services when helpful
Keep a clean work area and maintain a professional attitude while working independently but staying connected with the team

Valid Driver's License: Clean record required
Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to travel as needed; flexible to work shifts that might include evenings, weekends, or holidays
Physical Ability:
