Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this person will be responsible for handling all customer product pricing inquiries and orders, as well as following up with customers in a prompt and professional manner. What you'll do:
Processing orders, quotes, credits, returns applications and other requests
Communicating directly with customers or sales representatives either by telephone, electronically, or face to face

This job is responsible for providing resolution of multi-product fraud related client requests by answering calls, chats, or emails in an inbound contact center.
