David Zalik, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer founded GreenSky in 2006. Mr. Zalik works intimately with the Company’s product development team to drive innovation and strengthen GreenSky’s value proposition to its growing ecosystem of merchants, consumers and bank partners. A serial entrepreneur, Mr. Zalik built his first company, MicroTech Information Systems, at the age of fourteen while attending college at Auburn University. Prior to launching GreenSky, Mr. Zalik founded and successfully operated companies in the technology automation, real estate, and e-commerce sectors. Mr. Zalik was the recipient of the 2016 Ernst & Young National Financial Services Entrepreneur of the Year Award, and has been featured in the Wall Street Journal, Businessweek, and Forbes. Mr. Zalik has served on the boards of a number of closely-held companies, along with select not-for-profit organizations in the metro Atlanta area.

Amar A. Desai, MD is a President and Chief Executive Officer, Optum Pacific West at Optum and Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine at Keck School of Medicine of USC and is based in Greater Los Angeles Area. He has worked as Vice President, Strategic Development at DaVita; Chief Medical Officer at Paladina Health; and Adjunct Clinical Instructor at Stanford University School of Medicine. Amar works or has worked as President- Healthcare Partners California- Coastal Region at DaVita. He studied at Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health between 2000 and 2002, Brown University between 1993 and 1997, and Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University between 1997 and 2002.

President and CEO of Vertex Inc., a trusted global provider of indirect tax software and solutions, Destefano oversees the company’s strategic vision. Destefano joined Vertex in 1999 serving in several positions including CFO and Executive Vice President before being named CEO in 2016. Destefano was appointed Chairman of Vertex’s board in 2020, and pivotal role in the company’s transition from a private company to a publicly traded company, when it joined Nasdaq earlier this year.

Guy Abramo is the chief executive officer of the newly merged HireRight and General Information Services (“GIS”) companies. Formerly the chief executive officer of GIS, he joined us following a seven-year stint as president of Experian Consumer Services Division, overseeing the group’s strategy, direction and operation. Prior to joining Experian, Guy served as president of Tallan, Inc, a nationwide professional services firm specializing in internet media design, business intelligence and custom software solutions. Before joining Tallan, he served for seven years as executive vice president, worldwide and chief strategy and information officer at Ingram Micro. Preceding Ingram Micro, Guy served three years as a managing director at KPMG Consulting and the leader of the marketing intelligence consulting practice. While at KPMG, he was a member of the firms’ Technology Leadership Council and co-founder of the Center for Data Insight data mining and marketing automation lab at Northern Arizona University. Guy is also a 12-year veteran of the Exxon Mobil Corporation. At Mobil, he held a number of positions across both operating and headquarters divisions. He began his Exxon career in research and development and achieved five patents for innovative fuels and fuel additives technologies. He later served in a number of positions of increasing responsibility in the Americas Marketing and Refining Division including manager of marketing services, assistant gasoline business manager of the U.S. Division and manager of administration and controls for a major Northeastern marketing unit. Guy earned a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Master of Business Administration degree from Georgetown University.

John King serves as the Chief Executive Officer of OmniSYS where he is focused on driving innovation and delivering high-impact solutions that enable customers to redefine the healthcare experience through technology and service excellence. With more than 20 years of sales and operational experience in healthcare and information technology, John has devoted his career to advancing health through the creation and adoption of innovative solutions. Prior to joining OmniSYS, King served as President of Standard Register’s healthcare business unit and as an Executive Officer of the company where he led the transformation of the business from a document management services provider into a leading healthcare communications company. Prior to joining Standard Register he was the general manager of operations for MedAssets’ revenue cycle technology business. In the decade before, he held various leadership positions at McKesson Corporation, where he developed and executed strategies to drive growth and ensure operational excellence. Earlier in his career he gained diverse experience working at both IDX Systems Corporation (now GE Healthcare) and Shared Medical Systems (now Cerner). Recognizing the importance that communications play in improving the patient experience, the quality of care and ultimately in creating better outcomes; in June of 2013 John also helped establish and served as the Chairperson of EngagingPatients.org, an online community created to be a centralized resource where the healthcare community can find real-time news, relevant content, share best practices and engage in thoughtful discussion. By partnering with smart people and great organizations EngagingPatients hopes to advance engagement between patients, their advocates and the providers who care for them. John holds a Bachelor of Arts with honors from the Virginia Military Institute.
