The Impact You'll Make in this Role Senior Director Commercial Technology Delivery will lead the delivery and optimization of enterprise commercial technology platforms to enable growth and Commercial Excellence. With a strong base of Salesforce, Adobe, Sprinklr, and Cvent in place, the focus will be on maximizing business value through adoption, license optimization, rationalization of non-value-adding tools, and embedding AI and automation into the commercial ecosystem. This leader will work in close partnership with the enterprise IT leaders for our Global Business Units - who serve as primary technology partners to BU Presidents and own ERP and other business-specific platforms - as well as with the VP IT, Data, who defines the unified data platform strategy using a Snowflake data mesh. Together, these leaders will co-create strategies and ensure commercial platforms are data-enabled, integrated, and business-aligned. Responsibilities: Define and execute a global commercial IT roadmap aligned with BU and enterprise priorities. Partner with the GBU IT Vice Presidents to understand their business-unit requirements, priorities, and pain points for marketing, CRM, and technology operations. Translate those jointly defined needs into architecturally sound, compliant solutions that fit Solventum's enterprise IT governance model. Act as the central coordination point among the GBU IT VPs and enterprise IT teams to ensure that commercial technology initiatives are aligned, standardized, and efficiently delivered Reinvent Salesforce usage and optimize the martech stack (Adobe, Sprinklr, Cvent) for adoption, ROI, and integration of AI/automation. Partner with GBU IT leaders to ensure enterprise commercial platforms integrate seamlessly with BU-specific systems. Collaborate with the VP IT, Data to ensure commercial IT leverages the unified data platform for trusted, business-ready insights. Define and enforce delivery standards, metrics, and KPIs across all commercial technology implementations. Centralize vendor management and technology spend to drive cost efficiency and license optimization Deliver agreed-upon solutions on time and within budget, monitor outcomes, and continuously adjust based on data and feedback. Ensure commercial platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, Sprinklr, Cvent) are data-enabled, AI-powered, and fully integrated with the enterprise data mesh (Snowflake). Goals of the Commercial Technology Delivery Team Centralized Shared Services: Operate as an internal implementation partner, delivering consistent, high-quality solutions to each business unit. Technology ROI & Speed to Value: Improve the design, delivery, and adoption of AI, marketing, and CRM platforms to maximize the value of every dollar invested. Resource Optimization: Free limited BU resources by taking on delivery, governance, and technology management. Measurable Business Impact: Track and report performance metrics that demonstrate how the shared service increases revenue growth, marketing effectiveness, and customer engagement. Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)and 15+ years in IT, with at least 7 years leading CRM/MarTech ecosystems. 7+ years' experience in leading high performing teams Demonstrated success in transforming Salesforce and marketing platforms to drive commercial results. Teachable, humble, unoffendable, and able to handle stress with a calm, peaceful spirit. Familiarity with Living As One (Resi), ProPresenter, Planning Center, and similar platforms preferred. Inspect and verify proper machine set-ups before startup. Communicate issues or concerns with the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Department. Troubleshoot problem molds and machines. Inspect molding presses and verify Bills of Materials. Visually inspect parts, perform dimensional checks, and ensure packaging/labeling is correct. Maintain accurate documentation of quality issues. Address personnel issues and escalate concerns when needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles. Perform as Shift Supervisor when required. Education Requirements High School Diploma or GED Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Extensive knowledge of plastic injection molding methods, processes, and procedures. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written in English). Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage workflow.
