**Responsibilities**
As a technical leader you will own the software design and development for major components and features of the Object Storage Service. You should be both a rock-solid coder and a distributed systems generalist, able to dive deep into any part of the stack and low level systems, as well as design broad distributed system interactions. You will be expected to define software architecture with performance in mind and leveraging hardware acceleration where possible. Ideally, you have a background in system performance, where you have built highly efficient software stacks in Java or C++. You should value simplicity and scale, work comfortably in a collaborative, agile environment, and be excited to learn.

Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state and local regulations that affect service operation, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA right-to-know, state inspection and licenses, etc. Immediately investigate and report all accidents or incidents involving damage or injury that occur on dealership property or while conducting dealership business.
Ensure compliance with all company policies that pertain to accidents including drug testing, workers compensation claims, etc.
Know and understand employment policies and procedures pertaining to employment matters including FMLA, workers compensation issues and other absences. Communicate all such absences to the HR Manager or direct supervisor.
Know, understand and actively enforce the company "No Harassment Policy". Report immediately to the Operations Manager or HR Manager any situation you observe that you believe may be a violation of that policy.

Manage build and release pipelines: GitLab CI, .NET CLI, Dockerfile setup, mac OS security CLI (certificate/app signing), debugging mac OS GitLab runners via VNC.
Oversee CI/CD orchestration: Argo CLI and kubectl for internal-dev deployments, AWX administration and S3 backup workflows, GitLab token lifecycle management, app-store delivery process (iOS/Android).
Debug and upgrade supporting systems including Java Spring backend services and Keycloak authentication/authorization components.
Work with orchestration APIs (e.g., S3 API, Kubernetes API) and integrate with GitLab and S3 APIs for automation.
Perform or coordinate manual UWP builds, manage ABM (Apple Business Manager) device profile administration, certificate provisioning and renewal.
Collaborate closely with product management, infrastructure and DevOps teams to deliver a cohesive end-to-end solution; act as a technical thought-leader across disciplines.
Preferably, manage Keycloak operations (configuration, policies, integration) and ensure identity-access workflows integrate tightly with the mobile/web stack.
Qualifications & Experience:
