DwyerOmega is seeking a Senior Technical Director to lead the strategy, architecture, and scaled deployment of AI across the enterprise-with a specific mandate to: (1) own our ChatGPT Enterprise workspace, (2) evaluate and add complementary AI products to our portfolio, (3) build "glue" and analysis tools that sit outside core Commercial product and systems working collaboratively with associated Stakeholders, and (4) establish governance and change management for AI solutions DwyerOmega deploys. Assessors Employee Regular LRQA Seafood's Technical Managers are primarily responsible for ensuring the technical quality of services delivered by LRQA's seafood team. Core duties include: * Ensuring the technical competence and performance of aquaculture and supply chain auditors, including by conducting technical and certification reviews and witness audits. * Working with the Service Delivery Manager to contribute to the sourcing, onboarding, training, and performance review of auditors, and to address technical aspects of auditor performance including any required re-training. * Be subject matter expert for seafood within LRQA, including externally as required. The anticipated wage for this position is $123,000 - $213,400 Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
