As a Reconstruction Technical Sales Director, you will serve as a critical leader in the Orthopaedic Reconstruction portfolio, supporting launch execution, technical excellence, and commercial growth across the reconstruction business.
What will you be doing?
As a Reconstruction Technical Sales Director, you will collaborate closely with Commercial Marketing and Sales Leadership to drive implementation of launch and sales execution plans across the Reconstruction portfolio. You'll play a vital role in the Limited Market Release and Full Market Release of new products, lead account conversions, and support the execution of commercialization roadmaps.
In this role, you will also provide strategic direction and development support to Reconstruction Sales Representatives and 1099 business partners. Acting as a key technical resource, you will ensure the highest level of clinical and procedural support while fostering strong relationships with surgeons, operating room staff, and hospital administration.

The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $185,000 USD annually and the compensation offered will depend on the candidate's qualifications. The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
