Conversion from basketball to large-scale concert/event.
Set up seating arrangements and supporting furniture for concerts, basketball games, meetings, dinners, parties, and banquets.
Set up signage, banners, and other conversion responsibilities from one event or game to another.
Installation, repair, and removal of arena equipment and seating.
Respond to requests from management, vendors, guests, event, and team representatives to move furniture, boxes, and equipment.
Set up and break down barricades, tables, chairs, risers, and stages. Both at the arena and at offsite locations.
Respond and resolve set-up issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and management.
Actively care for all arena equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of company property.
May be required to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Construction Administration and QAQC Technical Manager (CAT) is responsible for the on-site execution of multiple large-scale projects on behalf of CUBE 3 in the construction phase. The CAT must demonstrate construction expertise in all aspects of architecture / interiors projects including relevant experience in CA project management. The CAT reports to the project Studio Executive or Project Manager and will act as the main point of contact on-site for the project. The CAT reviews or generates shop drawings, bulletins, RFIs, site visits, field reports, change orders, and other CA documents and project close-out documentation. This position is responsible for maintaining client relationships and business opportunities and has the authority to engage and monitor all CA project activities.
In addition, the CAT will also mentor staff members in the CA Phase as a technical resource and experienced construction specialist. The CAT will also periodically review Construction Documents Sets for QAQC and coordination issues and work under the Director of QAQC to maintain the high level of quality documentation that CUBE 3 is known for. The CAT will be responsible for reviewing all projects in CA for staff utilization and efficiency, DCO opportunities, and serve as part of the CUBE 3 QAQC Team.
The CAT must demonstrate professional skill, high standards, sound judgment, professionalism political skills and strong communication with the Studio Leaders, CUBE 3 leadership, and the Director of QAQC to maintain and enhance client relationships and strong CAT performance across CUBE 3.
Requirements
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Minimum of 10 years related experience in architecture and/or construction profession
Professional Associates, Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction
Delivered at least five large ground-up buildings in Construction Administration comparable to CUBE 3-designed similar projects
A strong understanding of local State and Municipal Building Codes
A Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale construction projects and their respective contractors and clients
Awareness and experience with the difficult legal environment of construction
SKILLS
Ability to work primarily in REVIT and Bluebeam. Revit and Bluebeam training will be provided commensurate with the skill level of the candidate.

Monitors and enforces compliance with established quality control standards, ensuring that appropriate quality assurance activities are being performed throughout the operating unit.
Reviews project QC plans and periodic QA compliance audits on current or recently completed projects.
Assists staff in resolving problems concerning work with the various business units.
Technical Excellence:
Maintains visibility and professional currency by actively participating in professional and civic organizations and encourages staff to do the same.
Works with Practice and Technical Directors to design and implement development tracks for technical staff, with a focus on building technical excellence at all levels of the organization.
Marketing and Client Maintenance:
May participate in pursuing new project opportunities for firm by maintaining contacts with current and prospective clients.
Contracts and Financial:
May assist sales leads and project managers to staff new pursuits and contract negotiations.
Approves purchase requests for capital items as specified in the Authorization Matrix.
Performs such other duties as the supervisor may from time to time deem necessary.
About you
Bachelor's degree in field of practice.
15-20 years of experience required.
PE License in Florida required.
FDOT Districts 4 and/or 6 required.
Proven ability to manage individuals and teams, provide leadership, and manage project production.
Must have heavy highway/roadway design and project management experience.
Must be able to travel within the state.
Experience in leadership, team management and mentorship of highway related staff at multiple levels.
Strong understanding /history with FDOT clients and municipalities.
Ability to assist with marketing and proposals for new work.

Design and lead backend architecture that supports AI/ML-powered features across mobile and API surfaces
Own end-to-end technical strategy for embedding LLMs, embedding stores, and personalized content delivery
Partner with product and design to scope features, validate feasibility, and ensure execution aligns with business impact
Build tools and services to help other team members experiment and ship AI-enhanced features responsibly and efficiently
Influence engineering standards and promote excellence in observability, performance, and security
Mentor engineers across teams, helping them level up in areas of backend architecture, AI integration, and delivery quality
Collaborate with cross-functional partners across QA, Mobile, Data Science, Product, and Marketing
Required Qualifications
8+ years of experience in backend development, with at least 2+ years working with AI/ML solutions or LLM
Experience working with vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search
Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD for AI pipelines, and AI observability tools
Strong experience in Node.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and REST APIs
Deep familiarity with AWS architecture - especially Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and Step Functions
Experience building and integrating LLM features (e.g., via OpenAI, Claude, Vertex AI, or similar), including prompt design, vector storage, and retrieval strategies
Fluency in system design principles, scalability, reliability, fault-tolerance
Ability to drive clarity and make architectural tradeoffs, balancing idealism with pragmatism
Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively across product and engineering orgs
Preferred Skills
