Work with primary customers to define, scope, and architect new capabilities, and pursue new and innovative solutions to AOR-specific challenges by leading technical efforts as they emerge. This position is meant to by a hybrid software engineer/field systems engineer and both supports software development tasks as well as onsite customer support at various Government locations in Hawaii. **Roles and Responsibilities** * Act as Parsons' OTH-T Liaison Officer for AOR activities and events * Coordinate with AOR entities to gather data link, communications, track management, collection, and fires requirements for enhancements to Parsons' capabilities * Provide technical and operational guidance to Parsons' engineering teams in Colorado * Support unclassified testing and evaluation activities for Link-16 and IBS message certifications * Support configuration, training, and/or operations of relevant software components for AOR user communities * Support PMs and tech leads with monthly CDRLs and reports * Lead Parsons' support efforts for data transfer to and from AOR as required * Understand Parsons' capabilities relevant to AOR and assist in the rapid development/adaptation/deployment of new capabilities * Work directly with Parsons PMs to integrate Parsons' capabilities across AOR, serving as our "local expert" in terms of local DoD Exercises, knowing COCOM expectations, and tracking relevant IPLs / Capability Gaps * Establish a routine presence with AOR Staffs, Service Component and other Customers, relevant to Parsons' AOR Campaign Strategy * Facilitate discussions for operational integration of Parsons' capabilities with AOR customers * Assist in the engagement of Senior AOR and Service Component leaders regarding relevant Parsons' capabilities to mission objectives * Depending on candidate experience and skillset; be able to support software development tasks as directed by the software development team.
