Education & Experience
Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in optical, mechanical, electrical, or manufacturing engineering, optical-physics, or a related discipline. An understanding of optical and mechanical manufacturing and test processes and the ability to apply engineering theories and concepts are essential.
* Minimum of 15 years of related experience in a professional role with Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience.
* 12+ years with Master's or higher degree
Very experienced professional with a full understanding in multiple areas of specialization (see list below). Understands the customers' business and has an intimate understanding of the customer's needs; can accurately anticipate customer needs. Responsibilities
* Oversees and implements the theatre's production elements

SAW Technology Introduction Director
+ Lead Skyworks' engineering development efforts and technology roadmaps to drive SAW technology development into high volume production and products to market, ensuring meaningful commercial success.
+ Provide leadership to the SAW engineering team, including setting the product vision and supporting the development and production of products from beginning to end of life.
+ Formulate and drive best practices that are adopted across the SAW engineering organization; drive an execution and efficiency mindset across all engineering functions as it relates to operationalizing the SAW technology development.
+ Provide comprehensive leadership addressing a variety of activities including working cross-functionally with all departments.
+ Be prepared to provide high-level technical contributions to customer relationships.
+ Hire, develop, motivate, retain, and evaluate a high performing, global engineering organization.

+ Excellent leadership and communication skills.
+ A proven leader of an engineering team with experience leading effectively in a multi-cultural, multi-geographic engineering environment.
