Conversion crew performs a variety of behind-the-scenes functions for the building like maintaining, moving, and storing staging equipment and setting tables, chairs, pipes & drapes as directed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: The following are examples of the various functions required. The job requirements are not limited to the items on this list.
Conversion from basketball to large-scale concert/event.
Set up seating arrangements and supporting furniture for concerts, basketball games, meetings, dinners, parties, and banquets.
Set up signage, banners, and other conversion responsibilities from one event or game to another.
Installation, repair, and removal of arena equipment and seating.
Respond to requests from management, vendors, guests, event, and team representatives to move furniture, boxes, and equipment.
Set up and break down barricades, tables, chairs, risers, and stages. Both at the arena and at offsite locations.
Respond and resolve set-up issues promptly as directed by fellow staff and management.
Actively care for all arena equipment and property by storing equipment properly, cleaning and repairing broken or damaged items, and alerting management of any mistreatment of company property.
May be required to operate industrial vehicles such as carts, forklifts, scissor lifts, and floor scrubbers.
Follow all operating policies and procedures.

* Drive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and more efficient.

What we are looking for:

* Strong programming experience and background in Enterprise Java, spring boot, microservices

The salary range for this position is $126,300 - $216,924
