Interpret and enforce membership rules & policies to ensure the safety of all members, guests, employees, etc. Adhere to all organizational policies and procedures regarding the prevention of abuse. Report any suspected abuse, neglect, or misconduct immediately to the appropriate supervisory staff. Attend mandatory training on abuse prevention, including recognizing signs of abuse, and reporting requirements. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Under the direct supervision of the Membership Experience Director, the Membership Experience Staff are a resource of knowledge of our YMCA. They will help to address and resolve member concerns. They are responsible for processing program registrations and answering questions about program areas. The membership staff will help create a warm welcome for every guest and provide an experience for all. They will also help manage the front desk area, check in members, assist in facility supervision; helping maintain the cleanliness and organization of our facility.
