What you'll be up to:

Attend construction technology trade shows, conferences, and vendor demonstrations

Set up computers, devices, and software for new hires and role changes
Manage IT asset inventory, including purchasing, tracking, and disposal of equipment
Establish IT standards, policies, and cybersecurity best practices
Work with department leads to spearhead innovation through the use of technology
Partner with leadership to plan for the future growth of the IT function, with the opportunity to build a team
What we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of progressive IT experience, preferably within construction or a related industry
Strong working knowledge of Procore and construction technology ecosystems
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Sage Intacct is a plus
Experience evaluating and implementing new technologies, including AI tools
Comfortable working in a hands-on role while also setting long-term strategy
Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
