Supervise molding personnel in the performance of their duties. Monitor production software for productivity, cycle times, and correct part counts. Inspect and verify proper machine set-ups before startup. Communicate issues or concerns with the Production Supervisor and Maintenance Department. Troubleshoot problem molds and machines. Inspect molding presses and verify Bills of Materials. Visually inspect parts, perform dimensional checks, and ensure packaging/labeling is correct. Maintain accurate documentation of quality issues. Address personnel issues and escalate concerns when needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following 5S and Lean Manufacturing principles.
