Job DescriptionThe Membership Sales & Account Representative is a vital team member, focusing on membership sales, local prospecting outside of the club, setting up tours, local events, scheduling fitness consultations, and customer service. Compensation and Perks:

Requirements:
⦁ 30-40 hours per week with flexible availability is required, including weekends and holidays.
⦁ A positive, upbeat attitude and personality.
⦁ Effective ability to communicate with members, guests, coworkers and managers.
⦁ Prior sales experience required.

· Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures· Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they enter and exit the club· Answer phones in courteous, helpful, professional manner· Communicate special events to members and guests· Maintain an atmosphere, which makes members feel welcome· Generate leads/new business through member promotions, leads, referrals, social media, guest passes, and prospecting. · Manage and follow-up on 100% of Leads, referrals, Missed Guests, and any other opportunities.· Sell retail products

PPAI - Promotional Products Association International membership sales representative job description

The position requires a salesperson with a proven track record of developing a territory, closing sales, and territory management. The job requirements will include 25% travel to tradeshows and client sites, as needed.

Action

1. Meet or exceed new member monthly activation goal in assigned territory.

2. Build a pipeline of prospects from referrals, tradeshows, business partners, and research.

3. Represent PPAI at tradeshows to recruit new members to join the association.

4. Manage the tradeshow booth shipments and logistics.

5. Build territory retention to meet or exceed 88%.
