Ensures Standard Precautions and personal protective equipment are utilized for collecting and processing of all types of specimens. Demonstrates good verbal, non-verbal, written, and electronic communication skills. Responsible for effective communications between the laboratory, clinical services and physicians. Leads quality, lean and process improvement activities. Clerical assistance for billing, troubleshooting, data gathering, and verification of lab orders and labels. Reviews and utilizes all necessary computer systems and documentation for accuracy and an efficiently solves problems for assigned section. Premier Pediatric Associates is looking for a Medical Assistant to join our team. The Medical Assistant will provide medical services to patients under the guidance of a physician.
