Position Summary This position is responsible for the maintenance of the Hospital buildings, equipment grounds and the plant facilities. The incumbent must be highly skilled in all aspects of the building trades including but not limited to; carpentry, plumbing, electrical, utility management, welding, masonry, sheet metal fabrication, construction, mechanics, etc. Furthermore, this position is held accountable to working in a lead capacity through the direction of the Manager of Plant Operations.
