In partnership and coordination with development officers, actively identifies and supports the cultivation of potential individual major gift donors who may be owners or executives of corporate partners, and supports the major gifts process in general as helpful. In coordination with foundation and donor engagement plans, creates and executes an annual plan for corporate relations with clear KPIs, revenue goals, and engagement strategies. Manages, in partnership with events colleagues, all aspects of the Events & Corporate Sponsorships program, including marketing materials such as sponsorship decks and packages that reflect the MemorialCare brand and mission, and ensuring sponsor recognition and benefit fulfillment is delivered equitably and efficiently across all levels of support. Diligently maintains organized records of outreach, engagement, and cultivation activities using a moves management framework, tracking donor pipeline activity, sponsorship ROI, and fulfillment of benefits using the donor database CRM which is Blackbaud NXT. In partnership with events colleagues, helps coordinate hospital tours and/or onsite events for key corporate partners and prospects designed to deepen corporate engagement and showcase impact. Alongside Foundation and Hospital leadership, represents MemorialCare at civic, business, and community events to elevate visibility and expand community connections. Supports the Donor Engagement team in executing signature Foundation events and collaborating with internal and external partners to ensure exceptional donor experiences. Complete all daily logs by shifts end. Obtain approval from corresponding primary care provider for all non-approved referral provider ordered tests. Provide proper follow-up/follow-through on all TIQ's (test in question), promptly notify physician of critical and stat values. Promptly contact any patient(s) for needed re-draws. Disinfect laboratory daily. Perform spot disinfection of draw chair and processing area as needed. Maintain laboratory per 5S Standards. Provide coverage as a Medical Assistant (if applicable).
