Pros of working at Memorial Healthcare

The employees are the ones who actually care about creating an environment and most people are very friendly.

Cons of working at Memorial Healthcare

Management and higher ups do not invest in keeping the hospital physically stable, (constant leaks, breaks, etc.) As well as there is clearly not any priority of providing decent care for patients by the same people, they are more concerned with what methods they can use to bring in more money. On top of that they are constantly lying to employees about being able to pay a livable wage even by the county standards.

Memorial Healthcare benefits

Working with the employees, they make it bearable

What do you like best about Memorial Healthcare's CEO and the leadership team?

Leadership will act if there is a problem but only when things get to a severe point instead of preventing the problem from happening in the first place.

How would you improve Memorial Healthcare's culture?

Paying full time employees a livable wage and stop making a front of them looking like they are getting paid more when the business is taking money away from the employees, for example there was a 1% raise increase across all employees but the cost of health insurance by their own policy increased by 6%.

How did you prepare for the Memorial Healthcare interview?

I had previous experience working in the type of department I work in now. They still attract to professionalism

How does your compensation at Memorial Healthcare compare to the industry average?

Below where it should be for anyone working full time.

What's the diversity at Memorial Healthcare like?

Owosso as a whole is extremely white populated so most employees are white but I don't think that is really the fault of the business, but for anyone who does not fall into that demographic Memorial does a good job keeping the opportunities as equal as possible.

What brings you the most joy at Memorial Healthcare?

Gaining any leverage on getting the employees what they deserve.
