Job Summary:
This role will be responsible for program management of Transportation projects and acting as Project Manager for designated strategic projects. We will look to this individual to develop fresh, creative, and effective ideas that drive transparency, process optimization, compliance, and cost savings with the overarching target of broadening and strengthening our service level to our stakeholders and customers. Responsibilities:
Program Management: Oversee and manage multiple strategic transportation projects simultaneously, ensuring they are on track and aligned with organizational goals. Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular comprehensive updates to stakeholders.
Project Management: Lead specific transportation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement transportation strategies that support business objectives. Analyze transportation processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Implement best practices, innovative solutions to enhance efficiency, reduce costs.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with key stakeholders (e.g., Logistics Planning, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, Carriers) to ensure business objectives are achieved.
Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate project success.
Reporting and Documentation: Prepare and present detailed reports on program and project status, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of program and project activities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in transportation logistics. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance program and project management processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain management.

Preferred Qualifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is a plus.

Job Summary: The Public Safety Dispatcher is responsible for performing dispatch functions for Airport Police and Fire, airport surveillance, monitoring access control systems, receiving calls, querying criminal databases, and conducting day to day administrative tasks in the Nashville International Airport's 24-hour Airport Communications Center.

* Monitors all radio traffic.

* Maintains a daily log of all incidents, via Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) software.
* Keeps abreast to changes in policy, methods, operations, and equipment needs to meet departmental needs.
* Disseminates information via the Automated Emergency Notification System to appropriate notification groups.
* Activates the emergency recall plan when required.
* Disseminates severe weather forecast information to airport tenants.
* Informs appropriate personnel of reported or observed airport/airfield maintenance problems and conditions.
* Summaries information for broadcasting.
* Utilizes the badging system as necessary and after normal business hours.

* Perform laborer/groundsman duties as needed
* Practice safe working habits and ensure proper PPE is being used
* Safely maintain equipment
* Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions
* Communicate with team and supervisor throughout the job process
What does it take to be a Groundsman/Laborer for R. J. Corman?
* Mobility to participate in frequent travel and be on call 24/7 to respond to emergencies
* Must live within 45 minutes of the R. J. Corman shop
* Must pass background, drug screen, and physical capacity test
* Requires lifting of up to 100lbs in performance of duties
* Love working outside!
