Communication - Utility will communicate to Production Supervisor when dumpsters need to be emptied. Be cognizant of potential production obstacles in sorting and hanging that may slow down the teams' efficiency. -As Needed
Meeting Targets - Regularly supports production in processing targets as assigned by production manager and reviews results and discusses opportunity improvements. -Continually

As a Donation Station Attendant, your primary responsibility is to perform your duties in a way that exceeds the donor's expectations. Donor satisfaction is our number one objective and each attendant plays an important role in representing the charity to the donor. Do not allow donations to accumulate outside the trailer.
Your objective is to provide courteous, respectful service to the donor, to keep the donation site clean and well maintained, and to safeguard the donations until they can be picked up by the truck drivers.
When donors are not present, DSA's should be visible “sign shaking” with the appropriate message instructed by the manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following.
Donation site should be properly set-up, clean and well-maintained:
Be at station on time and during all scheduled hours
Report in to supervisor upon beginning and ending shift (by text, phone or other determined method)
Sign into mobile device at the beginning and end of each shift and record all breaks
Respond to hourly check-ins on mobile device as required
30-minute lunch and two 15 minute breaks allowed
Wearing name tag and clean vest or clean shirt (as provided)
Neatly and modestly dressed - no tanks, short shorts, etc.
Closed-toe shoes for safety
Should have chair, table, and umbrella set up outside trailer in visible location
Place any flags, banners, balloons or signage in visible, attractive manner
Outside should be free of trash, glass, and other debris (sweep each morning and each evening).
Did driver remove all trash at last pickup? If not, call your direct supervisor.
No personal items whatsoever (decorative items, posters, extra clothing, etc.) should be in the trailer. All items in the trailer are deemed to be property of the charity. Lunch is an exception to this rule.
If the trailer is full, call your direct supervisor for a pickup.
Confirm that the trailer has the appropriate supplies - if supplies are needed, call your direct supervisor.

Confirm that the door is closed and securely locked any time you are not at the trailer (including short breaks).
Absolutely NO SMOKING in the trailer or near the trailer.

Schedule & Structure

Hours: Flexible and variable - based on the needs of the day and season
Some marketing events may begin as early as 7:00 AM and others may end as late as 7:30 PM
Occasional evening and weekend events required
Additional hours may be needed during season launches and event-heavy periods
When no marketing events or out-of-office coaching responsibilities are scheduled, a regular workday will typically be 8:00 AM-5:00 PM or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM, with either two 30-minute breaks or one 1-hour break

Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Operations
Assist with planning, organizing, and executing Soccer Shots programs across Memphis, Little Rock, and Jonesboro
Manage preseason logistics including site setup, equipment distribution, and coordination with partners
Support the Director of Operations and Program Director using tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Configio, and Microsoft Teams
Maintain organized digital files, calendars, and checklists for seasonal operations
Assist with phone and email responsibilities as needed, including parent, coach, and partner communication
Assist with internship program logistics and participation tracking
Marketing, Partnerships & Community Engagement
Serve as the primary point of contact for Memphis-area partner sites, ensuring strong relationships and clear communication
Represent Soccer Shots at community and partner events (open houses, festivals, marketing tables, etc.)
Create and post social media content to promote programs, highlight coaches, and celebrate community engagement
Deliver and maintain marketing supplies and signage across the Memphis area
Assist in creating marketing materials (flyers, signs, postcards) using Canva and other design tools
Support the coordination and execution of local marketing campaigns, as well as social media and digital promotions
Coaching Team Responsibilities
Train and become certified as a Soccer Shots coach
Coach sessions each season to stay connected with our curriculum, families, and coaching team
Collaborate with leadership to recruit, onboard, and train new coaches for seasonal staffing needs
Assist with coaching interviews, training sessions, and evaluations
Support ongoing coach development through field observations, training logistics, and resource sharing
Assist with seasonal scheduling and communication with the coaching team

Responsibilities:
Prepare surfaces through sanding, masking and priming procedures, ensuring smooth and flawless surfaces

Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and company guidelines

It is helpful, but not necessary to have an art background. Understanding color and how to match color is a large part of what we do. If you are color blind then this is not the job for you.
The training process is extensive so we are only interested in hiring someone who can make at least a 2-year commitment.

We pride ourselves in our ability to provide incredibly fast service, while maintaining a friendly and professional atmosphere in our support center and on jobsites. We combine old school skill sets with new technology and products, resulting in a durable and appealing repair all provided with a smile.
Most repairs are simple and smaller than a dinner plate, yet our competition focuses on complete resurfacing. Our objective is a happy customer and a long-term relationship. We focus on saving our customers time, money and wasted materials that end up in a landfill.
Our typical repair requires only 1 to 2 tablespoons of product so our technicians can carry their entire set of tools and equipment in a small vehicle. Our approach is clean and free of odors in less than two hours.
