    The Law Clerk supports the Legal Department on a variety of projects. With supervision, this position prepares basic legal documents; supports and develops educational and training initiatives; reviews internal and external legal documents; communicates with internal personnel regarding various legal matters; and attends various legal meetings and conferences at the direction of the General Counsel. Essential Job Functions * With supervision, reviews and prepares various basic legal documents. * With supervision, prepares various legal research as directed by the General Counsel. * As needed, prepares, designs and presents certain legal training to be used internally to educate business personnel on certain legal concepts. * Provides possible solutions to legal matters and deals with a variety of situations where only limited information exists. * Provides legal support to the supervising attorney when assisting the sales team, project managers, engineering and production managers and team members with various matters involving aircraft maintenance events, parts programs, business development programs, executive and corporate matters and other special projects. Works to continually improve and develop basic analytical and legal skills. * Performs other related duties as assigned by the supervising attorney.
