Responsibilities + Responsible for purchasing activities for site requirements, including raw materials, MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), and indirect goods/services. + Prepare, enter, transmit, and maintain purchase orders with vendors for assigned materials. + Review confirmations prior to material receipts. + Monitor inventory levels for assigned materials daily and assess inventory levels relative to inbound shipments. + Make adjustments as needed to ensure a timely flow of material into the plant while maintaining appropriate inventory levels. + Work closely with operations, maintenance, and finance teams to align purchasing with business needs. + Support inventory management and optimize stock levels.
