About The Opportunity
The Vice President of Business Development will lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy for ORBIS Corporation, identifying new revenue opportunities, and expanding market reach as the industry leader in reusable packaging. This executive will collaborate across functions to drive innovation, lead go-to-market initiatives, and deliver actionable insights through market analysis, while fostering a high-performance team culture aligned with ORBIS's leadership behaviors
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a forward-looking business development strategy that identifies new growth opportunities and drives revenue generation.
Partner with the ORBIS executive team to shape and continuously refine the strategic growth roadmap, reinforcing our leadership in reusable packaging.
Lead the identification, evaluation, and pursuit of strategic partnerships and alliances that expand market presence and accelerate business expansion.
Consolidate market intelligence to uncover emerging trends, assess competitive dynamics, and surface high-potential business opportunities.
Collaborate across functions to design and execute impactful go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry influencers to amplify business development efforts.

About The Opportunity
The T-Car Operator will be responsible for moving corrugated sheets from conveyor lines to machine centers. This person will stage the unfinished stock at the machine centers as necessary following the machine center schedule as a guide. Heavy pushing of stock weighing up to 50 lbs is required on a repetitive basis. A forklift license will be required.

About The Opportunity
The Electromechanical person will perform major electrical repairs and installations. This person will be able to troubleshoot to determine causes of electrical problems and offer solutions. About The Opportunity
The Commercial Counsel is responsible for leading the commercial contracting efforts for ORBIS Corporation and its subsidiaries (ORBIS). The Commercial Counsel will provide legal advice and guidance to business unit client groups, particularly Procurement/Sourcing, Product Management, and Sales. The Commercial Counsel may also supervise outside counsel in his/her work for the foregoing client groups. The Commercial Counsel will have the opportunity to gain exposure to other legal and compliance matters affecting ORBIS' business.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead ORBIS' commercial contracting efforts by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of agreements, including customer contracts, vendor agreements, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.
2. Partner closely with Sales, Product Management, and Procurement/Sourcing teams as a trusted advisor, providing clear, practical, and timely legal guidance that advances business objectives while appropriately managing risk.
3. Maintain and enhance commercial legal infrastructure, from processes to templates, focusing on improving efficiency and accelerating transactions while appropriately managing risk.
4. Communicate with and manage outside legal counsel as required.
5. Provide coverage for other members of the Legal Department as needed.
6. Operate with a limited level of attorney supervision.
7. Assume other legal- or compliance-related responsibilities, special projects, and duties as assigned.
8. Develop knowledge of ORBIS' businesses, products, suppliers, customers, and competitors.

About The Opportunity
Key member of the Credit and Collections department reporting to Manager - Credit and Collections. Assisting in securing timely payment of invoices and resolution of customer deductions and accounts receivable collections.
Job Description
Work closely with sales, customer service, tax teams and commercial finance director to ensure account issues are resolved.
Work with customers assigned to your portfolio to secure timely payment of invoices.
Participate in tracking and trending of internal process issues to drive continuous improvement and streamline collections.
Deduction resolution:
o Gather necessary information PO/POD's, quotes, collection notes.
o Work closely with the individuals responsible for determining outcome.
Assist with account set-up as needed.
Gather necessary information to complete scheduled credit limit reviews as needed.
Manage Team in-box as needed.
Review/Release Orders on Credit Hold as needed.
Follow and maintain the visions outlined in the team Value/Culture Statement.

About The Opportunity
As a supply chain intern your goal will be to collect and analyze data to improve Menasha's supply chain operations. In this role, you will help to drive process improvement for the Menasha organization and the leading global consumer packaged goods companies that we serve as our customers. You will learn how to identify areas in the supply chain that could be improved and implement solutions using data analysis that will help to more effectively serve our customers. It is also expected that the solutions you propose will be cost-effective and considerate of Menasha's production capacity. Candidate to be currently pursing degree in Supply Chain Management and/or related degree that is available to work in our Neenah, WI office.
Essential to this Position
o Must have a strong desire to drive improvement and be able to analyze planning systems, functions and daily operations.
o Understanding of how to pull, analyze and record supply chain data; ability to develop new tools to gather data is a plus.
o Develop a working knowledge of the tools available for controlling and optimizing a supply chain.
o Must be able to manage multiple projects with multiple deadlines. Maintaining effective communication when faced competing deadlines is required.
o Learn SAP and become proficient in MRP generated demand planning.
o Improve Menasha's “execution within the most complex supply chains in the world
Knowledge, Skills, Or Abilities Desired
o Experience using SAP or other MRP system is preferred, but not required
o Proficient in Microsoft Office; specifically Excel to perform data analysis
o Ability to assist with managing manufacturing capacity within a multi‐state region
o Solid understanding of the day-to-day operations of a manufacturing plant or facility
o Knowledge of how to effectively manage local or distributed inventories of raw materials, work in progress and finished goods

About The Opportunity
The Die Cutter Operator is responsible for all aspects of setting up, operating, inspecting and maintaining a die cutter machine in order to produce quality product safely and efficiently.
Essential Functions:
* Demonstrates commitment to safety and performs job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures.
* Demonstrates commitment to quality and performs job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines.
* Should be aware of their responsibilities and their accountability is clearly defined for key staff involved with product safety, legality, and quality systems.
* Understand job ticket information to determine quantity, special work instructions, and any other special customer requirements.
* Determine the best manufacturing method to produce product efficiently and effectively.
* Set-up diecutter & tooling and operate die cutter.
* Be able to assist other operators on 2 person make readies.
* Maintain accurate counts (load and total counts).
* Be able to run baler and change bales as needed.
* Setup and make-ready of diecut, score, stripping, & blanking tooling if required.
* Maintain supplies for department.
* Pull stock for job -- wind and jog stock if needed.
* Be able to operate powered pallet equipment.
* Maintain high efficiency according to established rates during operation of the assigned equipment.
* Maintain quality of product produced by monitoring diecutting and creasing and stripping of waste.
* Troubleshoot and make decisions regarding the quality of finished product.
* Complete required quality inspections and paperwork.
* Work with peers and other departments to improve quality and performance.
* Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of the assigned press and surrounding area.
* Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements.
* Work throughout diecutting department running equipment as needed.
* Actively participates in Lean manufacturing initiatives.
* Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Education/Experience:
* High school diploma or equivalent desired but not required.
* Previous Die Cut experience desired
