Money, union shop

Cons of working at Menasha

No women managers. Promote only incompetent people to get them off the floor and fix bottlenecks so work could get out.

What do you like best about Menasha's CEO and the leadership team?

Most dressed well and groomed their hair. Didn't bother you by being friendly or talking to you.

How would you improve Menasha's culture?

Hire amd promote female managers.
